Send us the machine details and photos of the part you are looking for. We will review the information and help you identify a suitable replacement where possible.

For part identification, email is the easiest way to contact us because you can attach photos directly.

What to send

Please include as much information as possible:

• Machine brand and model
• Serial number, if available
• Description of the part or problem
• Clear photos of the part
• Photo of the machine identification label
• Important dimensions or measurements
• Quantity required

Clear photos and accurate measurements make identification much easier.

Photos help us identify the part

If possible, send photos from several angles. For mechanical parts, include a ruler or callipers in the photo when the dimensions are important.

For parts such as pulleys, pins, fittings and threaded components, dimensions are often more useful than the machine model alone.
